You have just described classic symptoms of a gallbladder attack. Better known by physicians a cholecystitis or cholelithiasis (depending on whether you have stones or not.) Your doctor can order a test to rule out both. Also, could be a kidney problem. Either way, go back and demand testing. Don't neglect this. Best wishes for your health. Since I presume nothing, I can only suggest what it could be.

Just like every one else said it could be you appendix or it could be gall stones. if it is that severe you need to go to you Dr and have an MRI/CT/ultasound to determine what is is. I had gall stones at the age of 13 and the pain that i had b4 surgery was so much worse then the pain after the surgery. Good luck. Or it could be just gas but i doubt it if the pain is that severe.

Could be a pinched nerve, try a Chiropractor sometimes they can help. The trouble is that it comes and goes so you would have to go when it is troubling you ,good luck.
