For a perfect routine, start with the treadmill and move over to a aerobic dvd or weight lifting routine. Your body will start to slow down if you stop and rest in between workouts. After your run on the treadmill, you should be revved up and energized. Take a quick water break and get movin!
(make sure after you are completely done with your workout, to slow down, do a few yoga moves and stretches, relax your body, your metabolism will be way up, and still be burning fat as you cool down)

Go ahead and do it. I do 2 miles on the treadmill(about 35 mins), then the elliptical for 1 1/2 to 2 miles , and then I bike for 4-6 miles. I guess it also depends on how long you've been working out. If your just starting work your way up, so that you stay with it. Good Luck!!

You don't have to wait. If you feel like running again go ahead.
