You're not going to see any major changes in your waist in 2 weeks. You may notice some slight changes, but you're not going to change from flabby to flat. Try adding inverted crunches to your workout. That when you do them in a position where your head is lower than your hips. That's the best way to tone and flatten your abs. Play on it taking you as long as it took you to get flabby, and you'll have a good time table for seeing results.

Don't touch diet pills. 99% of them do nothing except drain your wallet.

The few that do are stimulant laden and are not good for your health.

Short answer: there's nothing you can do.

Working a specific part of the body does not cause fat loss in that particular part. Body fat % increases and decreases across the entire body, not in one area.

There's some small exceptions. Through genetics, some people store more fat on certain parts of their body, like the stomach. You will then see a slightly increased amount of fat reduction there, but it's really over the totality of the body.

I'm sorry to tell you this but it doesn't matter how firm your abs are, if you have a layer of fat on your stomach you wont see those abs, they'll be hiding underneath. The only way to see a firm tummy is to shed some weight too.

Have you ever tried interval training? It can be done with no special equipment; even indoors. Simply do jumping jacks or run in place hard for one to three minutes, then jog in place for five. Repeat about 5 to 6 times.
