I don't see how it would possibly be good for you. Your body sneezes for a reason. Namely, to get rid of particulate junk.

I've been told it was. Something about you can pull a muscle somewhere. I do know that sneezing is a reaction to something in your nose/airway that shouldn't be there. So if your body is trying to sneeze, it's trying to rid your body of something bad, so don't stop it.

Yes it is.. We sneeze for a few reasons most important is body trying to get rid of a element not so good for us.
Secondly we also inhale and exhale so fast that our brain gets a rush of oxygen supply.
When you can say excuse me and can get tens of "bless yous" why would you stop sneezing

Surpressing a sneeze is bad in the sense that you are sneezing for a reason - something is irratiting your nostrals and your body is trying to get it out. As long as your nose is clear - surpressing a sneeze is fine.

well that depends on what you mean...no it's not damaging you in any way by the act of holding it in, but it isn't good to keep the mucous inside that your body is trying to get expel!
