The 2 main keys to fullness are fiber and water. Try some oatmeal (reg flavor) and a piece of whole grain toast. Follow with at least 4 oz. water. If you don't like oatmeal, try some whole grain cereals - the brand Kashi makes a good variety of whole grain cereals which are very good.
It may not keep you 'full' until noon, but it should help.

When you have cereal, make sure it's a fiber-rich cereal...not just Lucky Charms or something. Add an apple or a banana at the same time. Or if you have toast, put some peanut butter on it for protein. Protein and fiber will help you feel fuller longer.

Oatbran!! I have a bowl of oat bran in the morning and I'm pleasantly full until lunch. Oat bran lowers your cholesterol, too & only has 200 calories for a full bowl. Add some zero-calorie sweetner or cinnamon to give it some taste. The link below has a list of other high-fiber foods that can fill you up. Good luck.

oatmeal is great and should be a good start. make sure any cereal you have is whole grain, so it takes longer to process and gives you more energy. i hard boil some eggs at the start of the week to have around as a handy addition to a meal snack to or stave off hunger with the protein. another good one is plain yogurt, granola, a splash of huney and some roasted nuts. the mixture of whole grains, sweet and salty is so good, and the mix of different carbs and protein will keep you full and happy. and drink lots of water - dehydration is often confused for hunger. :)

Sounds like you need more protein in your breakfast. Carbs won't hold you for long because you burn through them. One trick to try: Add nuts or peanut butter to you oatmeal. It'll keep you full longer than just the oats themselves. Also, grab a protein bar to eat at 10:00 and you should be fine for a few more hours.

Drinking alot of water sometimes gets me really full, even if I've not eaten alot.
Always try to have a waterbottle with you, and whenever you get hungry, just drink some water if you can't eat anything at the moment.
But, something high in protein may keep you full longer.

Eat things with a lot of fiber like a REAL granola bar (not fake granola with a lot of calories and fat) or a power bar.
its a good source of fiber if it has 5-6 grams or more in it
and trade a banana (not a good sorce of nutrients, other than potacium and some vitamins) for an apple (with skin), they also have more fiber.

Well if you eat at 6, that's 5 hours until you're hungry again. I'd say that's normal. I usually like to have Malt-O-Meal to keep me going. I usuall get up around 8 and then I'm not hungry until 1 or 2.

Don't have any breakfast at home, wait until you get to work and have coffee and a toast at your desk at about 10:00 a.m....bananas are good snack to fill you up too... If you have to have breakfast at home and want to stay full, eat two eggs with one wheat toast
