Eventhough I have a girlfriend. So I went over to
her place. She said that she would only agree to have sex if I told her that she was my main girlfriend. I went ahead and said OK because I
wanted her. Now I want to tell her that I didn't mean
it and that I have a girlfriend. How can I do it?

If you did it with the girl already, then you messed up. I believe she wanted you to tell her that she was your main girl so that she feel important to you. All you wanted was sex, which wasn't even cool because you cheated on your girl friend. You need to be honest with her before she takes it too far. She sound crazy if she know you already had a girl. Let her know and apologized for lying and telling her that she was your main girl. She may slap you, but at least you told her and you was not leading her on.

Just talk to her and also talk to your girlfriend. Tell the woman that you had sex with, that you really wanted to have sex with her, so you lied and said she was your main girlfriend. You should also tell your girlfriend what happened because things could get really complicated if she finds out the truth from someone else. It's better if you tell her yourself. Talk to her and just say that you don't know what came over you, that you were just really desperate. She might not forgive you, but by telling both women the truth, you'll know that you did the right thing and that you were honest with both of them, no matter how hard it was. ~good luck!~
