Pretty much anything white or yellow like potatoes and crackers and pasta - even corn. Plus, sugar is a carb so anything sweet - soda, deserts, juices, ketchup, etc.

bagels
muffins
chocolate
many fruits
soda
baked beans
many many more

take a walk through a grocery store and read some labels.

and as a side note... not all carbs are bad. You need some carbs in a healthy balanced diet.

bananas, pasta, of course soda's and candy and foods high in sugars, some alcholic beverages and most fruit juices, etc

Bread, as you've mentioned; also, pastas, potatoes (i.e. fries and baked potatoes etc...)
