I'm in Weight Watchers too! Have you been journaling? Look back at your journal to see what times of the day you are hungriest. Mine are at night. So I eat more points for dinner and usually eat more grains in this meal. It holds me over and I don't snack. So really, it depends on you and if you are honest with your food journal. Remember if you are still hungry you can eat fresh mushrooms, carrots, etc. and drink more water to feel full. I hope this helps!

It completely depends on how many points you have per day. My wife, for instance, tries to stay at about 24 points, so she'll usually do 6-9 points for lunch. I'd starve on that, but that's because I get about 10 activity points on average a day and I do a lot of weight lifting. When I was actually losing weight (I'm on maintenance now), I'd eat 10-12 points for lunch. If you really want to experiment, put together an idea of what you're going to eat for the rest of the day, and then adjust likewise. Planning ahead will always help you make decisions like that.

I've done weight watchers online before. Remember breakfast is your most important meal. It kick starts your metabolism and gives you energy for the rest of the day. If you want to spend your points, i recommend a high fiber cereal with a fruit smoothie in the morning. the good for you sugar carbs in the smoothie will give you energy but do cost a few extra points. Keep up the good work! It takes discipline, but it leads to success.
