I've been getting on the treadmill and doing better at watching what I'm eating. But is there an exercise(s) that can do this fairly quickly? Like a months time quickly?

SQUATS
yes it sounds harsh but i have found this to be the quickest way to get a tight....well you know
get dumbells 5 pounds is more than enough and hold them out straight in front of you
have your legs spread even with you shoulders to give you ballance and then bend your legs down and lift your self back up
be sure to keep your arms extended and your legs in the proper position
only do this everyother day because trust me you will be sore keep doing this and in about 3 weeks you will have a sexy bum bum :)
