Even after breakfast or lunch..I get hungry.
Am I not eating enough maybe?

We are designed to eat 6 to 7 small meals a day. It is the farmers during the industrial age that started the breakfast lunch and dinner mentality.

Just make sure you are getting enough protein and raw fruits and vegetables every single day. Learn to carry healthy stuff with you.

Usually healthy stuff are apples, oranges, soaked raw nuts, seeds. Raw carrots, cucumbers etc... and you will be surprised how satisfying and how full you get when you eat this stuff. Make the veggies taste good by adding a squeeze of lemon and sea salt with maybe.. a dash of paprika.

Don't skip protein, like chicken breast, salmon, small steak, etc... Maybe even lentil soup or almond butter on whole grain crackers... very satisfying and you feel mentally and physically stable because your blood sugar is stable.

well it happened to me once when I woke up vrey very hungry. All this becuase your metabolism is processing fast. But you must see a doctor.

are you smoking pot. thatll definatley make yah hungry at odd time
