You have to make time to exercise I get up at 4:45 am to work out if you are unable to get up any earlier try to do at least 30 minutes a day even if it's broken up into 10 minute segments any exercise at all is worth it or take the stairs instead of the elevator park far away in the parking lot am sure you have heard all this before. I sometimes walk on my lunch hour it's just a matter of making it a priority.

Diet alone will not make you fit. You need to exercise your heart to ensure good cardio-vascular fitness, and you need to do some sort of resistance training to tone your muscles.

Everyone actually has time to exercise, but it can be daunting. The main thing is the intensity of your training.

There are people who do exercycling for hours at the gym and are still overweight -- that is because they are not doing intensely enough.

So, in 30 minutes you can hit a couple exercises quite hard, or get your heartrate really going. That will help you a lot.

Also note that your brain power will actually be better for your studies when your blood is pumping faster. You will be much more alert. So it is actually worth not studying quite so much to ensure your well-being and fitness are taken care of.

Are you needing to lose weight?-or just tone up? You may not be eating enough. If you don't eat enough-your body will go into starvation mode and store fat! Nobody can say they don't have time to exercise. If you have time to be on the computer, watch television, or talk on the phone-you have time. The personal trainers at my gym say that weight loss is 80% diet. Do not eat less than 1200 calories a day. Eat more often. Smaller amounts-more frequent. Check out these sites. One of them you will have to say your age is 18-b/c it won't calculate how much you should weigh for 17.
