so i made a fool out of myself and told him exactly what i thought he was portraying to me and he told me that no hard feelings but he has a girlfriend but hey ho, it shows on his myspace as SINGLE so what am i to think? i knw him in person since 4 yrs soooo erm... what am i to think?

Not necessarily he could be just friendly and polite, maybe you are thinking something is there when it isn't. Wistfull thinking.

He might want to be friends, but it could also mean that he is a nice guy. The best way to find out is to ask him.

That's usually the case, or he might be interested in her friend and just wants to be friends with her to get close to the friend.

let me start with a general advise to girls,when ever guys are nice to girls they take it other way round which is not so.He may be doing all this not to be a friend nor lover he just fell like. so dont miss understand him.watch out.
