According to the definition you describe: Someone who hasn't got "faith"....

Hebrews 11:1 "Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see."

* did you notice the second part? "certain of what we cannot see" (or sense, in other words)

Description also fits "Scientist" who "believes" only 'as evidence suggest'

I believe in fairies.

The thing that really annoys me about church people is they say I have to believe in Jesus too.

Then if I believe in Jesus too, they say I have to believe in the Holy Ghost too.

There's no negotiating with those people, there's no way to please them. They keep upping their demands.

I don't even want to hear about it.

I would call them a rational person. But it's kinda sad that you need to have a label for someone who's rational.
