Catholics and Muslims are the only two that I can think of ... although the Catholics at least 'debate' whether it is 'right' to not allow female leaders (priests, bishops ... up to the Pope) where Muslims seem to think of 'females' as being somewhat 'less than human' based on the way they 'treat them' ... however, it could also be that they think that they are 'raising women't to a 'higher plane' than other religions. If anyone else has any other examples, I'd love to 'see them' answer your question here. I'm definitely INTERESTED.

Catholicism doesn't allow female leaders but woman do play an important role. The nuns basically are the stage managers for the church, they make all of the stuff, (like the host, wine, statues, etc.) and teach the children yada yada yada, And why, well as I Catholic I can tell the church gets stuck in a rut, a lot. It took them thousands of years to realize not everyone spoke Latin anymore and they should change the mass to be said in vernacular. Woman might be allowed to rule one day but it is far away because the church keeps it's tradition and you have to give them credit for that. The mass we say, and the sacraments we do has been basically the same since the Roman Empire!

Very tricky way you wrote it.. of course they dont allow but we cannot conclude it with 'doesnt'. History evidenced leadership by women in all sphere's of life ofcourse religious practices included. The men community of today has been well introduced with their determination. So in short its a conspiracy to prevent men's paramouncy in this field. Else there's nothing wrong with females leading religious conventions.

Islam doesn't allow female LEADERS, but there are many women who we look up to and respect as much as the male leaders. why? because they'll distract the men i suppose.
