There's no such thing as a fattening food in the way that you're describing. What reaction a person's body will have to a food will depend widely on their body chemistry, their nutritional needs, how their body metabolizes the contents of the food and how much of the good that they eat.
Undoubtedly it would be possible to create a dish that has more calories, bite for bite, than anything else, something high in fat, most likely, since of the various nutrient types fats have the most calories per gram. But again, your body's reaction to eating a portion of that food won't mirror my body's reaction to it.

Lard. Anything fried in lard- not only high in fat, but high in bad fat.
Outback house blooming onion appetizer- a single serving (of an appetizer) has more than 2000 kcal.

Pomegranate seeds. They fated Persephone to live in the underworld with Hades one month for each seed she ate. That's a pretty horrible fate.
Or did you mean fattening?
That would probably be either eating fat (pork rinds, for example) or macadamia nuts (very high fat content).
