I lost 75 pounds in 5 months (no diet, just portion control) doing a workout called "Jane Fonda's Lower Body Solution". It's an older workout, and probably only available on VHS. I did the whole tape first thing in the morning, and then again before dinner. Within the first 2 weeks, I start to notice a difference in my waistline. My post-birth stomach became completely flattened and toned. My butt looked GREAT, and my thighs were tight, and femininely well muscled. The tape included a 20 minute step optional portion of aerobic exercise, and an intense floor work section. It was very difficult to get through the whole tape when I first started, but as I got stronger I added ankle and wrist weights.
I know it's an older workout, but it really gave me a great looking body after the birth of my child. I've since tried many others, but I still go back to that one, because it worked so well.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Hola. I own 2 programs from beachbody, Slim in 6 and Turbo Jam. I didn't finish Slim in 6 'cause is absolutely boring, My friends got very good results with it but I just couldn't stand the boring music and people on the screen. Anyway, Turbo Jam is very fun, before you realize the 45 min routines are over. I did lost 17 pounds in 2 months exercising an hour a day and resting on Sundays. Turbo Jam helps you to build strenght from the low to the high so you follow your pace, what I like about this program is the variety of routines and the music. I will definitely recommend it.

She lost approximately 30 pounds looking at what she ate and doing those workouts that have been on a Tai Bo (not sure if i'm spelling that suitable) dvd set she have been given. a lot of human beings like them (workout dvds) for the reason which you many times do no longer ought to have any workout equipment or get on a treadmill.
