This "other" woman is telling him that she will be coming over very soon and that he should send his wife away.

She also says that she loves him with all her heart and that they will together forever or otherwise she will kill her (jajajja).

It's just saying that the husband is cheating on the wife with this woman, she's saying that they'll be together forever, that she loves him with all her heart. Tu vieja means your old lady, as in girlfriend. Sancha means 'the other woman'
