you can get underberg here but it is stronger than hair of the
dog such as vodka and tom juice
personally i drink about a litre of full fat pepsi or coke with
some paracetamol - fried brekkie is good if someone
else cooks it and you can't smell it cooking
also berocca which is a vitamin c fizzy tablet - from chemists
supermarkets etc - tesco(if u are uk) does their own version
which is cheaper and half the price - aftet that go back
to bed and try and sleep it off

Take Milk Thistle and drink lots of water, avoid paracetamol as this puts more strain on the old liver. Try ibuprofen instead and drink lots of water. A fizzy drink should settle your tummy in the morning. Keep a can of pop in fridge ready, go for the full sugar stuff as this will make you feel better after the insulin fluctuations caused by booze. Good luck.

Doctor's hangover cure - before bed, take a pint of water, 2 paracetamol, 1 lansoprazole OR 1 ranitidine. Never fails.

Stay drunk or don't get drunk!!!!
No really the best way to overcome a hangover is to drink lots and lots of water the night before you go to bed.

I always find a pint of water and 2 pain killers before going to bed works, or failing that, eggs in any shape or form in the morning. Apparantly there is something in them that clears the toxins out of your body quicker..not sure where i heard that tho, but seems to work.
When i worked in ibiza the spanish swore by a drink call heirbas (pronounced yay-bas) it tasted revolting and made me throw up...maybe thats how it woked. Not sure if you can by it in uk or not, but it has alcohol in it and herbs.

Hah! We were jsut talkign aobut htis on our way back from lunch not 30 minutes ago. My favorite is a 24oz bottle of Propel fitness water in the morning. Works in aobut ten minutes, and I never even can tell I had been drinking. I guess it's the water mixed with the nutrients that replenishes your body.
