this guy i knw since 4 yrs says he is taken when i think he isnt personally beacuse he's frind told me so but is he putting me dwn gently or is that just a way of getting me off his back. is this the easy way out guys and if u liked a girl, u wouldnt be in denial would you or would you? would you be strong to admit it or not?

if he liked you he would tell you. I don't think that denial really has much to do with it. Maybe you just like him so much that you are picking up on signals that are not there. Most likely he just doesn't like you in that way and wants to stop you from pursuing him without being tough on you. If he says that he doesn't like you then don't waste anymore time. You will find someone else who will like you whe you approach him.

Well, if you have know him for four years he might look at you like a little sister and not a sexual object. The fact that he has spent four years with you showed that he was interested in you. He might also be shy, or scared to ruin what you have; cuz no matter what feelings and sex change everything. The fact that he keeps telling you that he is taken should let you know that it is time to move on to another guy. If your interested in someone try to act more like a girlfriend around them instead of a friend. Guy sometimes get the wrong signals. Good luck.

By denying a part of yourself, your actually learning to hate it. I'm sorry your parents told you to live so blindly. I commend you for taking the time to open yourself up to another perspective. You can't judge a person fron what they've come from or born into, you can only make discretions on how they choose to lead their life by what they've been given. There's good and bad in EVERY Single race, just as there is in every person. You can travel nearby or far, and still see it stands true. And that, in all, is the truth.

I'm attracted to so many different females that it is imperative that I deny that I am attracted to any of them. Otherwise, it would get too confusing or I'd mislead one into thinking I like her more than others.
If there's one I truly love and know that she is mine for the taking, I'll forget about all the other girls I like and I'd tell her I like her and be completely devoted to her.

If a guy denied he likes a girl he fancies thats because he's shy or he is trying to keep it as a secret and its usually hard for a guy just to go and ask girl on a date.

depends on the guy, some guys who are shy would definitely deny it (100%). Other guys would tell you straight forwardly, and some others would be nice to you even though they don't like you.

I would probably deny it to my friends and to her. My main reasoning is the fear of rejection. And I'd rather cling to the hope she could like me rather than be told straight up that she doesn't.
