MS Outlook Question?

I currently have roadrunner and am using MS Outlook for e-mail on my main PC, however I was recently confined to bed and was wondering if there was anyway I could set up the MS Outlook on my notebook without recreating all the folders and rules. Thanks for your help.

If it is really Outlook and not outlook express, goto :
c:\documents and settings/your profile/local settings/application data/microsoft/outlook - and copy the entire folder from your old PC to the new one.
If you have .pst's (personal folders), you will need to find them and copy them too.
