damn straight... and if you're smart you WON'T activate it at all!!! Run away! Stay out of the credit card cycle of debt and eventual doom..... Good luck!

Not unless its Bank Of America. They just started a pilot program like this. Yipee for us! Its marketed towards illegals. I think all they need is a bank account and a tax id number...
