With her a couple of times last month. I don't want
a serious relationship with her because I already
have a girlfriend. Somehow my girlfriend has found
out that I met with the woman and she has left me.
What are some things I can do or say to get her back?

At this point, there is nothing you can do. It's not like you just slept with this woman one time and you can call it a mistake. You slept with her multiple times! I don't blame your girlfriend for leaving you. You have to realize that when you're in a relationship, you're with that one person, unless of course, you both don't believe in monogomy as some couples don't now-a-days. Just remember next time, if you love the girl you're with, don't cheat on her. If you don't have feelings for her anymore, end the relationship before you start fooling around on her. It saves all people involved a lot of anguish.

You're going to have to truly change your ways in order to get your girlfriend back.
Honesty is key. You didn't just make a single mistake, you went out of your way to visit this other woman several times for the purpose of sex. You need to decide exactly why you did that, and address the issue. Is your current relationship lacking in sex? In spice? In variety? Just figure out the basic "why" and fix it.
Committment is also key. If you want her back, you're going to have to decide to support that relationship, and not do something like this again. And you're going to have to do some work to make your girlfriend believe you've made that decision.
Patience is huge. It's not easy to fix something like this. It takes time, hard work and patience. If you really want her back, it will be worth it in the end.

Stick a fork in you. You're done. No self-respecting woman would stay with you or take you back after you've cheated on her. I'm a man, and I'm appalled at the behavior of guys like you. Makes me sad to be a man. Also, guys like you ruin it for the rest of us. I had a girlfriend a while back who got cheated on, and she constantly snooped. She checked my IMs, my emails, my text messages. I got tired of it and dumped her because she didn't trust me. My girlfriend wants me to ask you this: If you loved your girlfriend and wanted to be with her, why did you cheat? Basically, what we're saying is you screwed up, and most people would be disappointed in her if she came back to your lying cheating ***.

First of all if you had your girlfriend why did you meet this women and had sex with her??
At this point I don't think you can do anything to get her back, especially if she doesn't want to see you or talk to you. The best thing to do is to wait a while and when you think she is ready to hear you then explain to her what happen.

There's nothing you can say or do to get her back. Once trust is lost, its gone and I find that most guys don't want to put in the time and effort to gain the trust back. You messed up and now you must deal with the consequences. I'm glad she left you. Cheaters are scum and maybe she has the sense to know that once a cheater, always a cheater

Maybe all along you never wanted your girlfriend, and that caused you to cheat. Go back to the girl you slept with. Until you find someone you really care about.

sorry, this is a tight situation... if you had told her u cheated and u are sorry for it then it would have been easier but now.. saying sorry may not count.... well u simply cant force her to forgive u. so just tell her how much u love her and how very sorry you are...thast the best u could do....
do not put pressure on her cos it will piss her off. good luck

There is nothing you can do or say. You lied and cheated on your girlfriend. Why should she trust you? Hope this other woman and few minutes of pleasure was worth it.

Nothing that you can say. Dude, she caught you cheating on her. What excuse could you possibly have. you should be real with yourself. If you were cheating on her then obviously you don't have that connection with her so just let it go. Your just going to drag on a situation that makes no sense to continue.

Nothing you can do will change things. You cheated and broke the trust in your relationship. Only with time and alot of changing can you hope to win her heart back.
