You have to decide if you really want to lose the weight, or of you would rather eat the unhealthy food.
It requires willpower, but it can be done!
Before you take a bite of chocolate or eat the unhealthy food, think to yourself-- do I really want this? or do I really want to lose weight?
Once you start to lose the weight, it is easier because you will see the changes, and know you are making the right choices!

oh thats hard, its mostly going to be your own willpower. Make sure that when you start to have cravings for all that junk food, you have healthy snacks on hand. Fruit, veggies, trail mix without M&M's. Or try drinking a lot of water to cut down on cravings. I heard that most of the time when you're hungry to eat snacks, your body is just confusing its thirst for hunger.
