Yes you can. I'm currently doing it. Since January I have lost 25 pounds; 16 pounds in January alone. You're probably eating more than you think, so start by writing down everything you eat. You'll be amazed at what you eat compared to what you think. Anyways, when you don't eat, what you do eat is stored in your body as fat. This isn't good for you. What I do is eat a healthy breakfast, usually oatmeal. That's only 160 calories. Three hours later I eat something small, like one granola bar. Drink lots of water. At lunch, eat something healthy, like a salad with chicken for protein, so you won't crash, but use fat free dressing. Continue drinking water. Three hours later, eat another small snack. Then eat a healthy dinner on a small dinner plate so you'll eat less, but you will think you're eating more by having that small plate. A dessert of sugar free jello/pudding or fruit will finish your day. But don't forget to exercise! I work out daily for a minimum of 30 minutes. I hate it, but I love the results I'm seeing. By eating every three hours, your body doesn't have a chance to make you starving and want to eat more than you should. Good luck.
