If the soul is lost, as in unsaved and you havent repented, it would go into the lake of fire with everything else.
If the soul IS saved and you HAVE repented, then it would go into heaven.
There are 2 judgements, one in heaven for those who believe that they would reciever their rewards, and one on earth for those that survive the tribulation and such.
The Great White Throne Judgement is the one you need to be afraid of, if you are being judged there, you ARE going to hell, no question. You just have to be shown WHY you are, and that's what he's going to do. You will not be thrown in without being told why, he will show you mercy that you might understand how many times he tried to talk to you and save you.

It all depends how you lived your life. We will each be judged, as everything that we're doing is being recorded in a clear record.
We must believe in only ONE God, and make sure that we never worship anything other than Him (ie. don't worship Jesus (pbuh) or a Hindu "god" or anything). That's the key to success.
