hmmm........depends what kind of the person she is & how well you know her......& what is it that she is looking forward from this relationship......you guys can go out for the movies...thats a great way to break the ice....maybe nice & cozy dinner somewhere & after that you can go walk her back home & kiss her goodnight.
Or you can invite her over to your place & jump her.

OK so this is what you do you give her 3 choices on what you can do you can go out for a dinner and a movie
or you can rent movies and stay in for the night or you can go and do something like laser taggin or rock climbing or something that is active that will help her choose and it makes you look good to have back up plans
oh and when someone says lets chill it means she likes you and wants to see you again not that she wants to relax lol good luck

Do whatever she likes to do. If she likes to go to the mall, take her to the mall. If she like movies, take her to the movies. If you don't know what she likes give one of her friends a call and ask.
Some other fun stuff to do are, go to a fancy restaurant, putt-putt golf, nice walks in the park, bike rides, go "parking" (drive around with her in your car and talk about things), meet some friends at a house and play some games or something.
Anything fun is always good for a gal!!

nobody can give you an accurate response to your situation, because nobody on here knows what you guys like. However, I suggest a movie and then dinner. Then, in case you can't think of anything to talk about, you can always talk about the movie. I know it might sound weird to do it in that order, but which is worse- that order or sitting in an akward silence??? Also, she probably won't pick out the movie if you ask her to....therefore, you might ask her if she likes scary movies (you might want to avoid this one on the first date- she might feel akward holding onto you if she gets scared) or if she likes chick flicks. Then, pick one that fits that type of movie. Well, I hope this helps.

Take her to a movie. If it's in a mall complex, you can get sodas and walk around, window shop and that sort of thing.
Go for a walk somewhere nice.
Play board games.
Pop some popcorn and watch a really cheezy movie at home, and make fun of it every second.
