**Remember that you only breathe out of one nostil at a time**
You probably have a sinus problem--allergies or the such. Chances are you are allergic to dust, and your pillows are covered in it!
Take some allergy meds and see if it helps.

I had this, & still do to some degree. Nasal polyps, in my case. They retained mucous, and it often led to sinus infections. I had sinus surgery about 2 years ago. Better, but not cured. Still have some nasal polyps. A good Ear Nose Throat doc can scope your sinus in the office.

I have the same damn thing and it seems like it gets worse at night when I am trying to sleep. It makes me so mad because I cant sleep when I cant breath.Sometimes I blow my nose so hard I think I will pop all kinds of blood vessels in my head.

I'm having this same problem right now...apparently, for me, it's allergies. It kind of comes and goes as it pleases, and it's really getting annoying! Best of luck!

i've had that problem too !! it's your left nostril one day, then your right nostril the next day..........maybe they're confused !!

You may have a deviated septum...not hard to find out or fix...breathing is so important isn't it?
