It really depends on the person. Some people start dating again within days others take a couple of months. Its really up to you. Are you ready to start dating again? or do you just want some you time (which is always good)
When my long term relationship broke i didn't date for 6 months. I just wanted to be me again and be single. Just go out and party and enjoy life.
There is no to soon.. date when you feel ready to date

Only you know what is too soon! Don't be a rebound person. That isn't fair to the other person. 3 years is a long time. Let the new guys know you need time.

The question is are you ready? I would think you are not if you are asking this question. I would give it a few months. Enjoy being single and then date around before you get serious again.

well i would sit here and take a break until you personally feel you are ready 3 yeras is along time to be in relationship and its good to take your time before trying to get into any kind of relationship to fast, cause it might just end in disaster, i mean dont get me wrong it might work out great, but just take your time and make sure you are ready
