I would get to a vet!!!

Even if they are throwing up mom should take care of it and if she isn't then something is really wrong.

I have the same problem with my 1 and a half year old pit mix. I would take the puppies to the vet. This is NOT normal. It could be a virus.

No, that's not normal. Have they just started doing that, or has it been going on since they were born? For the welfare of the puppies, they really need to be seen by a veterinarian right away, don't wait, or they will die.

Could it be the milk is to warm or cold? This is not normal. VET bring them or at least the mama to the vet. Experts. All experts.

Sadly...no.
What might be going on is because they are throwing up, they are going to try to nurse more often and suck harder (too fast) which again will cause them to throw up more.
It will also deplete mom causing her to get dehydrated which is SERIOUS and can kill mom. Please...seek vet advice NOW!!!!

Not really. Call the vet. If they are not getting that food to stay in their bellies, they will die from malnutrition.
