Hey simply put i wanna know what ?s they ask on the iowa learners permit exam and plzz dont say read the manual i would appreciate the help

I remember there being a lot of very specific questions, such as how many feet before a turn do you use your turn signal? Or how many feet should you stop behind a bus? Things like that. There's no way you can know all that and pass the test without reading the manual.

They probably have a practice test at the local library or where you took drivers training.
I would read the book. You not only need to know the answers but you need to understand them. The rest of us on the road want you to read the book!
