I would think very hard where this feeling might come from. Maybe there are just some major changes in his/her life, or he/she has another, different secret that makes you feel he/she is cheating on you. the thing is you can never be sure if he or she actually IS cheating on you unless you see it for yourself, so there is no point in talking about it.

First thing is, do never confront him/her if you don't have proof! Once you put the "i don't trust you" bomb an the table, it will be very hard to get it away again. Even if you would ask him/her, what would be the chance that you would get a honest answer?

You could ask if anything is alright, that you worry a bit because you noticed something, but you are not really sure what it is, that you get the feeling something is wrong and that he/she can talk to you about it. Try to make it look like you just worry a little and see whats coming back.

If that feeling continues and you have no way of finding out for sure ask yourself if it could be all in your head. If you really cant lose the feeling you should probably break up.

In the end it is all about trust. If you cant trust someone then there is no way to change that. At the time you try to find out there is no trust anymore. Any relationship without trust is not really worth it in my opinion.

It is important to be absolutely certain that your companion is trangressing a boundary. Is there an understanding that your relationship is exclusive? If it is, the next thing is to confront your companion about the clues you have that lead you to conclude that they are violating the boundaries of the relationship. If you are not satisfied by the answer you may want to terminate the relationship. For example, if you receive a confession, are you willing to try to rebuild the trust that has been violated? If not, do you end the relationship?

I talk to him/her. I am not one to avoid an issue. If it needs to be addressed, it's best to talk about it and get to the point. If he's cheating on me, I'll listen to his story but usually he'll be gone. I don't want to stay with a cheater any longer than I have to.

I am struggling with the same question.....actually I feel there is very little that you can do......it seems that more or less the other person in the relationship has already made their choice....!!!
