when u delete files, they r normally moved to the recycle bin, check and see if your files r still there...

Try Recover My Files, I have used it heaps of times to recover files I have deleted, and when my hard drive has crashed.

if you already emptied your recycle bin hopefully you have recovery points on your computer and you can back it up to a date before you deleted it.

if not there search google for ways to get it back
