yes i believe so --- ive met a few ladies from my own country and my love is half way around the world and i will be going to get her very soon

This is a good ??--- it isnt UNHEARD of.But I wouldnt do it myself. For the fact of how well do you really know this person?plus if your on different continents it makes it harder on the relationship.Just be freinds.If its meant to be it will work itself out.
