The reason why I'm asking is it legal to have an elderly person sign loans and has alzheimer's. I know it sick and morally wrong but is it illgeal. What's the Ohio elderly anonymous hotline?

As far as your scenario, once the person's mental state degrades enough that they shouldn't be making those kinds of decisions their caregivers should petition the court to have a power of attorney appointed to make that person's legal decisions for them.
