You can put anti frizz serum on before you braid it or they have spray that you can just spray on and that really cuts down on the frizz (shine spray is what its called). But...the best advice I can give you is they have something from revelon and vidal sasoon that does it for you and that doesnt make your hair frizzy at all.It almost looks like a crimper but it only has three big barrels .This is what I use because I had the same problem and It only takes about ten minutes to do all my hair (and i have thick,long hair),It stays all day! and I cant even tell you how many times people have complimented my hair when i use it..in fact my aunt,a girl at work and my cousin all went out and bought one because they liked it so much.Its about 25 bucks.I got mine at riteaide but they have them at walmart to. You get the same results as if you braided , only better!

I will usual spray it with something before you go to bed. For example I use beach blonde, that way the hair will stick together better when you let it down instead of each piece of hair sperating itself then you get frizz.. You could even use hairspray or water, you just need something that will keep the hair together.

instead of Braiding it, try sponge curlers or a spiral curler...it works for me try it, it'll probably work 4 u too...good luck oh and if u use sponge curlers spary it with lots of hair spary but the keep the curlers loose otherwise you'll look like a spring...lol
