I would say www.theknot.com (as mentioned many time above) would be the most helpful. It will have most, if not all, of the info from the other site or at least links to them.
But the others might be worth checking out just to get your ideas flowing.
The Knot has local listings for your area, has a planner, massage boards, and a budgeter and a ton of other things.
Have fun planning with everyone and don't stress out too much!
Good luck and God Bless!

First, figure out what is more important to the bride and groom: the place or the theme. Sometimes, the theme you want would look out of place at the venue you want. Then try to get some ideas of places to have. A lot of places will already be booked, so have an idea of a date, but try to be flexible. The main things to deal with first are: the place, the theme, the caterer, the photographer, and the dj. Once you get everything booked, then start working on the details.

I am in the same category. My theme is us getting married, I've appointed people I know with skills to participate and it will be their gift to us. My fiance and I are going to the Justice of the Peace with a few people and schedule a big reception later. We don't have money to spend like that and if you can cut corners then do so and don't feel awkward about it. Check out some craft stores on ideas as well. I've seen people go into debt over a wedding, get divorced and still paying off the wedding. Congrats to you.

Hey,
My sister is getting married in July and I'm the maid of honor so I had to do a lot of planning myself. I found that www.theknot.com is the most useful. It has just about everything on there. Check it out and see if it answers any of your questions. As for a place/ theme etc, I would so something that suits your cousins personality and interests. My sister is very classic so we are doing a black and white theme, all the bridesmaids are wearing black dresses with a thick white sash, the flowers are all white, invitations are black and white, table settings are black and white etc. It looks so classic and elegant at the same time. I hope I helped you out! Good luck with everything!

as far as themes, then she needs to think on what time of the yr and base the idea from there.. as far as colors, banquet, oudoor event? guest? relationship...
for instance lets say its around november?
then warm colors like burgundy, navy blue, red, will look beautiful... decorations are what puts a setting so she can sitdown put a budget and stick to it! its very easy to get out of it.. contact local wed stores they can provide with magazines or lates trends.. get ideas and work with ur budget.. good luck!!! And congrats to her...remind her it must come from the heart so to choose whatever has been her dream and take it from there =)

Definitely theknot.com - VERY good website.
Also, I would definitely suggest that you go with a theme - it makes picking things out much easier!
