Oh come on . . I've used bible paper to roll a joint in a fix, but only the parts with no writting on it, am I going to hell? I know that is kind of a gray area that can't be answered with a yes or no. Anyway, I've done much worse to a bible, like burn one, you must be drinking beer though. It took about five hours to burn completely. I had to keep stirring it, and stirring it, while the ashes drifted off, into the dark sky. . . That was about eight years ago, me bad? P.S. Get an umbrella handy, it will rain like hell for seven days.

If the spider got smacked over the head by a bible i suppose your fate depends on wether your actions sent the spider to heaven or hell?!

It's the spiders fault, all crawling and webbing like it owns the place... a spiders place is outside, the sooner it learns this the sooner it will stop getting squished by bibles.

no, but you should take good care of your Bible. And just make sure that next time you see a spider and want to kill it- to get a fly swatter, but remember god made that spider.

Killing a harmless spider by any means is a cruel useless act.
You could kill a man and not go to Hell for it.

Spiders aren't one of God's prettiest creation. So I'd say that you were justified.

I'd say no. Maybe if you had squashed a person? I think you're safe
