I phoned a guy last night,we had been texting and calling since last week and he said he really liked me and wanted to take me out for a drink, anyway i spoke to him last night and asked why he didn`t appear at my house the night before,i sounded like i wasn`t to bothered anyway but thought that he could have at least text or something. He said he didn`t know my address and his phone was broke and he didn`t have my number to call me and let me know and that he was going to send a text today.

Anyway i have the feeling he`s lost interest and text him today and apologised for calling him when i was drunk last night and that he can relax as i was going to delete his number.I thought he may have sent a text back even saying ok but i`ve heard nothing.

I see him in his work at least twice a week and we are both quite shy so don`t know what to do now,i don`t want to feel awkward and i will if he doesn`t contact me back and i haven`t a clue what happened as he did seem interested, help?

This sounds familiar to a guy i knew about a year ago. He was all keen and rang me all the time and text me everyday n then i didnt hear anything from him for a few weeks. When i bumped into him in a club i asked him why he hadnt txt me back and he said exactly the same thing as you described lol. He told me hed lost my number and his phone had broke.
I was gutted as i liked him but i came to the conclusion that he wasnt worth the hassle lol. Sometimes theres no particular reason why a guy will stop ringing or suddenly lose interest its just plain weird lol.
My advice would be to try and forget about him unless he calls or texts you. If he does then thats great and just see where it goes form there.
Good luck x x

hey hunni, men ehh cant live ith them even harder to live with out them lol!

im afraid this may be one of thoses cases where he did like you in the beginning but has changed his mind, maybe not your fault maybehes got other things on his mind you never know!

best thing to do is try make a NORMAL friendship with him! some general chit chat! you may find out that theres something going on in his life that is destacting him, he may even admit he was just worried either way you will both still have a friendship and if nothing or something does happen the akwardness will go.

try not to be to shy! because in all honesty asking someone how there weekend was is not illegal!

youll do fine im sure

good luck

I think you have contacted him too much and he has beat a hasty retreat as you have freaked him out. It was obviously an excuse that he didn't have your address and that his phone was broken, but he could have been to shy to come. I would leave it for now and see what happens. If you bump into him at work you could casually ask him if he would like to go for a coffee, lunch or something but keep it light, as he may be too shy and embarrassed to ask you. Good luck.

1. Delete his number. If he is serious about getting to know you, he knows how to find you.

2. Find something else to fill up your time so you don't think about him as much. (Ideas: go visit a good friend that you haven't seen in a while, call your parents, call your grandparents, go out to lunch with a coworker and promise him/her that you are not going to talk about that guy...make them promise to make you keep that promise)

3. Write down all the things you want in a future husband...make sure that these things apply to anyone you may want to date too.

Two plans of attack send him another text or talk to him and ask him why he didn't show and maybe give him a second chance or just leave him and let him make the first move again.

Oh dear just leave him to contact you. If he does then he is still interested.
You probably said somthing when you were drunk that scared him. give him time.
