I've been feeling dozy & tired all day. I can't wake up for anything in the world. I'm 1/2 sleep right now.

If this is just today, maybe a short nap, if you have time for one. Jolt gum is good. If you've been having trouble with being tired I'd suggest more sleep, some B vitamins, maybe some iron, not a lot, too much iron is bad for you.

The best thing to do is to put your alarm clock on your favorite radio station. It will help you get motivated, once you get out of bed do some simple stretching to help get your blood pumping. If you don't like coffee, don't be afraid to have an early morning caffeinated pop. Then take a warm shower, not a bath, because a bath will make you feel sleepy. If you have time do some exercise, and you should be good to go. Always check with your doctor on your limitations of caffeine and exercise, and if this dose not work the you really need to see your doctor about the situation.

Try a nap and a multi vitamin. Maybe you are coming down with something so just rest.
