I live in an upscale home in Anaheim Hills, CA. I share a private road with one other home. The owner of that home has been there for 27 years and has never had a problem. If people don't have business in one of the homes, they are trespassing. The only threat I face is wildfires. You probably heard about the CA wildfire that broke out last weekend in Anaheim Hills. It wasn't close to my home thank god. But that is really the only threat I face.

No. It takes the police about 2 hrs. to respond There's a neighborhood watch warning in our neighborhood for some roberies and such for a person who"s driving a red pick-up and an alert for possible child predator in a van who has tried to nab some kids. People in the area are being targeted by men who claim to be service men there to do a check for something and they aren't....they rob people and ransack their houses. There's been an increase of pet abductions. ALOT of unlicensed drivers on the road and traffic is so bad you aren't safe taking a walk. You have to be on guard 24/7. Out of your home and in your home.

In most areas around me. There are only 1 or 2 neighborhoods that have gone sour with drugs and gangs. Otherwise, its ok, as long as you use common sense.

Nope. I thought I lived in a good area until somebody shot at our high school pizza place when we were at lunch (6 years ago) over some hispanic gang territory thing. Did I mention they hit 2 innocent bystanders? Oh and it's in a equally mexican area.
