NO!! I get offers all the time in mail guaranteed $5000 or 10,000 and when you apply you get whatever they give ya. I applied for one that said guaranteed $7000 I got a credit limit of $300 so yea and thats not the first time that happen. ITS crap.

But if you're interested, I would check with your bank cuz at least you won't get skru'd.
