The only thing I would be concerned about is the teflon that usually lines the inside of your oven. If it's older, and has been used a lot, you're probably fine. If it will make you feel better though, put a fan in the window so that all that air will be blown out of there.
You could also pop her in the shower so that she can have a proper bath too.
I'm noticing a lot of people saying she's probably overheated...was it really warm in there? Basically, you've done the same thing I do every year for Thanksgiving, except that there was no turkey or ham in there. It's really no different, and my guys stay front and center for that...they'd peck my eyes out if I cooked a turkey and didn't give them some!!!

I imagine that parrots are rather like canaries, and their metabolism is highly sensitive to carbon monoxide gas and other noxious fumes. It's one reason why coal miners used to take a canary down the mines with them - it was an early warning system against the dangers of poisoned air.
You seem to have arrived back in time to catch the"swaying" bit before he dropped off the perch for good, so I don't think there is much to be concerned about. I'm no vet, but it might be worth speaking to one, just to put your mind at rest.

she is probably washing herself because she feels too warm. If you hear her "snoring" or she looks dizzy, or her toe nails appear slightly bluish (you can see the blood vessels against the light), consult a vet. Otherwise I think she'll be ok, she just overheated becuase of your cooker. Birds are sensitive to overheating, i am very careful to let mine in the shade all the time.

It sounds like she is doing well now but I would still take her in to your vet to be safe. My vet told me that by the time birds display signs of being ill, it's usually too late.
Good luck!
