It seems like a scam... they require you to pay for part of the loan up-front and don't send the money by the deadline they set. They are not listed by the BBB as being in Georgia. Search ripoffreport.com and look at the complaint at http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff238540.htm
Most people seem to be approved for $5,000 and end up paying $500 up-front. If you look where they advertise, it looks like a lot like spam.
CashCall.com is HORRENDOUS! Look at the sky-high interest rates if you don't believe me. The APR for me to get a $2,600 loan (when I have great credit) is 96%!!! And that's every YEAR. You end up paying 5X what you borrowed. And I thought that 10% APR on my credit card was steep for my credit score!

Never heard of them. But be leary of these companies with high interest rates. Check them out on the Better Business Bureaus website www.bbb.com.

Hi Dave,
I've been offered a loan from them. In fact it was this morning. I received my answer from Yahoo! answers. Yes Dave, they are wanting to scam you. Let me guess... they want you to western union 10% or so to them before they will give you your loan in full. Others on here have fallen for their scams but you and I will not.

Search Answers in this section and you will see how many people have posted sending thousands of dollars to this company, and never receiving any money.
If you have the money to put up, try a secured loan from your bank.
Otherwise, www.CashCall.com.
