A friend has a 4 wheel bike from 1938. He was told there were only 25 made and they were made in Raleigh, AL. I can't find anything on this type of bike.

If you can find a serial number on the bike, then try to contact the manufacturer at www.schwinn.com or www.raleighusa.com. They should be able to trace production information of the bike based on the serial number.
