First off, when your stomach grumbles and has hunger pains, its your body telling you it NEEDS more food. Its okay to eat when you are hungry (if fact, its recommended, even for those on a a diet). If you dont feed yourself when your body needs you to, its going to go to the quickest energy source - your muscles (not your fat).

If you arent drinking water, try that. Some people confuse thirst with hunger - although, if you arent eating enough calories during the day, water isnt going to satisfy your needs, and you need to eat. The only way to stop a grumbling stomach is to give it what it needs - food!

know u r trying to lose some weight but going hungry is not the way to go and ur belly grumbling is way of ur body telling you it needs some food. what u do is eat a healthy and filling breakfast to keep u going till about lunch time and always have water to hand so u can drink more regularly and also have a light snack to hand. try to avoid sugary foods. did u know u could slow down ur metabolism by not eating and then u cant lose weight. my point is starvation is counter productive

maybe you should eat a bigger breakfast so that it doesn't growl during school. or you could be eating empty carbs which do not fill you up but still pack on the calories and the pounds. try eating whole wheat foods and more grains, nuts and fruits. this may help in preventing growling during school. good luck.

Try eating something healthy like a fruit or something, or drink water, water tends to fill me up.
