I believe that God has a humorous side, can you imagine when He created the universe and the "dinosaur"? I bet he had a hay day with that! Especially if He goofed when creating "man" in the image of Himself. I bet the first blue print of "man" didn't come out right in the beginning. Forgeting a rib or two or misplacing the heart or liver. Look at some of these animals He created. Like the ant eater? or the Platapus? I bet some of these animals weren't exactly what He expected. God is a good God and He probably has His "good" days as well as His "bad hair days". I imagine He laughs at some of the "stupid" acts that we all do as His children. And I imagine He laughs on the consequences we get after we do these "stupid acts" as our punishment. But the most important thing is..at least He is a Forgiven God and forgives us for our mistakes and the sins we commit everyday. I bet He doesn't laugh at our confessions! Have a Blessed day!

Yes. Father God lauphed at me the other day.

I was concerned about it, so asked a yahoo question. But, God made me think about one of the answers & write what the Lord caused recall in my mind.

The final is that God will laugh at me again. God can lauph anytime God wants to. I don't even have to think that I am doing anything amusing. God can still think its funny if God wants to.

If your curious just check out my last question.

He absolutely does. The Bible uses the greek word "agalliao" for the joy Jesus had when his disciples came back super stoked about the fact they had just healed people and cast out demons in Jesus name.

"Agalliao" means“to exult, leap for joy, to show one’s joy by leaping and skipping, denoting excessive or ecstatic joy and delight.”

So yeah, God gets excited, laughs, and leaps with joy. Pretty cool, huh?! ;)

Zephaniah 3:17
The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

The Minister of a community church had an indication outdoors the church, which featured a fact of the week. One week it replaced into "God sees each issue you do." I observed to the minister that that appeared a touch perverted, she cried giggling. yet another week the signal suggested "God needs all of you." I then observed to the minister that that could nicely be complicated in case you chosen to be cremated. She rolled over the hood of her automobile giggling. The stuffy ones spoil their faith.

I would image there are times, especially on Sunday, when He laughs to keep from crying at the way men twist His scriptures to their own benefit.

No. Laughing requires lungs, a mouth, vocal cords, etc. He doesn't play backgammon or toss lightning bolts or impregnate virgins, either.

I AM religious, by the way, just so you don't think I'm just being a jerk.

I think He does. Cos He created us in His Image. This should not be taken in the literal sense, but, in terms of attributes. Happy, sad, angry, forgiving etc.
