I want to gain 10 pounds. I'm so skinny and people tell me that too.

I eat a lot, I have high metabolism so the food goes away quickly.

Any tips of what foods to eat or other ways to gain weight?

Eat right before bed. I'm not sure how healthy this is for you, but it works.

I read a research paper on a woman who was trying to gain weight like mad (she was over 300 pounds) because she thought it was "sexy." She drank high-fat milkshakes right before bed and gained an unimaginable amount of weight each week.

Of course you don't want to go to this extreme, but maybe if you tone her methods down a bit they'll work for you.

I would talk with my doctor, there are many supplemental foods used to help keep weight on. I'm sure you are sick of people saying how lucky you are to be thin, so I won't say it! My friend has the same problem and he drinks ensure. Ensure has a lot of calories, unfortunately is high fat too. Sometimes he drinks malted drinks at home. The malt helps keep the weight on and can be found at grocery stores. But most importantly I think you should consult your physician.
