a woman in a horse drawn carridge was stopped by a police man he said to the woman your reflector is cracked and you have a rope tied round the horses nuts and thats animal cruelty ok says the woman ill sort it
when the woman got home she says to her huspand a police ma stopped me today and said the reflector needed fixing and she said something about the emergency brake.
