yes your bf should ttly tell cuz if he is aware of the problem and he ws the person that caused it, then he has GOT 2 be a man and face life head-on. The sooner you wait to tell your dad, the more mad he will be later, when he finds out you were hiding it from him for a while. Honey, you dont gotta make this the next Jerry Springer episode, but most likely ur Dad is not gonna wanna hear this. like i said b4 just get it over with. Good luck, gurl and be free 2 email me or whatever cuz its all good and i ttly up for answering questions.
Have fun with That.....
Love your homegurl

You have opened the door for some toxic waste, and this relationship is going to have its serious issues, how ever what does your Dad knowing about your Boy friends unborn
child have to do with him?, your are not the one having the baby! and because you are confused about what to do , you really should review this whole relationship, because the other girl is pregnant, that being fact, how do you fit in the plan after your (bf) is between two homes?

Think about if you want to be in this situation. If you still want to be in a relationship with a guy that has a kid, then that's fine. If this is a serious relationship then your dad should know. But if this is just a new relationship then don't bother until your dad knows the guy well. If you don't see it lasting too much longer, then don't tell him until after you break up.
Good Luck!

It depends how you think that your father would react to the situation. Does he tend to overreact, or is he usually level headed? Also, how long have your boyfriend and you been going out for and how serious are you about him? If you see it turning into a long term relationship then you should probably tell your father. Lying to your parents is never good. Besides, you can always point at that at least it's not YOU pregnant with his child... right? Good luck.

If your mom knows about it, ask her for advice on how to handle your dad with this. She knows the man and how he will react probably better than anyone! He might see your BF as more of a man if he tells your dad about the situation, depends on how well they already get along though.

First and most of all , sweetheart you have to worry about yourself. SO let me see....he basically broke up with his g/f and is with you now?. You have to ask "yourself" is he just into the rebound ,does he really loves me?" before you take that step about telling your parents. Uhm don't be suprise if your parents don't agree.I wouldn't want my daughter dating some guy like him, because when they have kids, that's a tie with ex for life., and some exe's are like eternal torture evil after kid is born. Then again is your decistion at the end you gonna do what you please. Just becareful and good luck!

I do think u should tell your dad because u r supposed to tell him everything no matter what the situation is. Remember never lie to your dad because that will just make the situation worst.

that would be your boyfriends decision. Unless you are getting married nobody really needs to know unless your bf feels the need to tell your parents. it'll just cause worry in your parents that you'll be the next one preg. and alone (trust me on this one i'm a parent and i got preg. b4 i got married) but don't worry about it if your bf is man enough to want to be a good dad then he's man enough to decide who needs to know about his situation with his daughter.

If your mom knows of the situation, then your dad probably already knows by now. Maybe he's just waiting for you to talk to him about it. Either way, just show him a sign of respect and discuss it with him. He may not like it, but he'll respect you for discussing it with him.
