You cannot spot reduce fat meaning, you cannot take a certain body part, isolate and lose weight there.

The best thing to do is to do some squats, lunges, and calf rasies along with cardio, and a proper diet.

Also do cardio at least 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes.

This might be where your body stores your fat. Everyone stores fat in different places, and their really isn't anything you can do about it. Even if you are less than 7% bodyfat, that might be the only place you have fat cause thats where your body keeps it.

try doing exercises ,according to the specialists. if not,just take a sharp knife slice the flesh where you do not require it.pl be careful ,do not throw away pieces that yu have cut .you may require it in future if you happen to become too lean.
